Our experienced team of designers are always excited to look at new projects.

We want to hear your ideas and aspirations and in return can offer you our expertise on planning and design right through to construction management.

During our initial discussions, we will ask you a number of questions about your project to provide us with relevant information needed for us to research and consider your project properly. This may include information about your site such as its size, boundaries, whether the property is listed or in a conservation area as well as details on previous planning history, timescales and budget.

From here, we offer you advice on what is achievable from a design and planning perspective. We will give you an idea of our likely fees and discuss any previous projects undertaken of a similar nature.

We will then work with you to provide a full quotation for our professional services.

On some projects, local authorities are keen to provide applicants with some advice in advance of submitting a full planning application, which enables any potential concerns with respect to any proposals to be highlighted early on in the design stage. We can assist you in this process.

The project exceeded and went way beyond all of my expectations. We put some very ambitious plans in place and the end result is 100% what we wanted to achieve. Before the start of this project, we had some concerns around the property collapsing into the basement when we were digging it out so the planning element of this project was of paramount importance to us.
