This modern bungalow now makes the perfect holiday home in this very popular Suffolk village of Southwold.
The project included raising the roofline and the addition of an entire new first floor as well as a large rear extension to give three extra bedrooms.
Gaining planning permission for the works was a significant achievement as the adaptations to the property were so vast, but this was secured efficiently thanks to carefully devised drawings and detailed technical specifications to gain the planner’s support.
This clever makeover had a focus on contemporary design to ensure the end property result was of the highest quality.
