A dream home now awaits following a successfully completed loft conversion, two-storey and single-storey extension on the back of this Essex property.

With a tapered boundary causing designs to be trickier than usual, it was important to think smart and ensure no stone was left unturned during the planning phases of this project.

Another key consideration on this job was the new staircase which needed to be fitted. This can often cause difficulty and requires a 3D mind during the design. We used our vast experience to overcome the problem and find a solution which really worked.

With the family remaining at the property during the construction, particular attention was taken to making sure the work was completed in a clean and tidy manner.

To emphasise the quality of delivery, the property’s next door neighbours have since been in touch to request a similar renovation!
